Essay Topic
For this scholarship, we're asking applicants to submit a 500-word essay addressing the following question:
"How can the regular use of saunas promote holistic well-being, and what research-backed benefits would you highlight to encourage broader sauna adoption?"
We're looking for essays that demonstrate a deep understanding of the physiological, psychological, and therapeutic impacts of sauna therapy. Feel free to draw from scientific literature, personal experiences, or innovative ideas about the future of sauna technology and its applications.

Selection and Award

The winner of the $1,000 Secret Saunas Scholarship will be notified by email on February, 2025. The funds will be sent directly to the winner's academic institution to be applied towards tuition, fees, books, or other educational expenses.
