2. Once healthcare providers determine your eligibility and approve your request, you will receive an LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity) for your specific purchase. This will make your sauna or ice bath purchase a qualified medical expense. 
3. After receiving your LMN, complete your purchase on our website using a personal credit card or PayPal.
4. To get reimbursement, follow the instructions sent to you and submit your receipts and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider.

If your HSA/FSA debit card has enough funds for the entire sauna purchase:

1. Add the sauna to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose "TrueMed - Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method.

3. Follow the TrueMed prompts and enter your HSA or FSA card details.
